Legend sausages are available as vegan or vegetarian, raw or cooked, and all have vegan casings.
All versions have a "Knack" (making noise) and a "Bite" similar to the original meat products with natural or collagen casing.
The sausages are suitable for grills, ovens, frying, and roller heating to make

a perfect substitute for any

meat based sausage.
Made from vegetarian ingredients, these juicy, mouthwatering sausages are satisfying like any sausage produced from beef or any other meat. Legend sausages are sold frozen or fresh, suitable for home or institutional preparation.

The unique legend sausages are sold in a vegan casing very similar to the original meat products and the original meat based casings, but are 100% veg.
Legend sausages are produced in many forms, such as grilled sausages, cooked sausages, and in many different structures and tastes. For example, short breakfast sausages with a specific taste profile and structure,

or juicy grill sausages.
Legend sausages can be sold uncooked (raw) because of a novel new technology, thus opening new possibilities in marketing vegetarian or vegan products. Nowadays, only cooked, peeled
